Third party monitoring services monitored, and documenting lessons from the projects. Services to be provided include distribution monitoring, post-Distribution Monitoring (PDM), documenting lessons through focus group discussions, and the provision of completed monitoring forms and a monitoring report to partners. Services will be provided in coordination with partner’s service provider on the ground. Incentives prepared the monitoring tools in counseling. Deliverables will include the monitoring activities themselves – demonstrated by the submission of scans of the monitoring forms, and a final report consolidating the information gathered through the monitoring activities.
The third part monitoring services will be responsible for carry out distribution monitoring and post distribution monitoring activities to ensure quality and accountability and document lessons through reports, photos, transcripts/ recordings, case studies, etc.
